RETREAT INCLUDES:
-6 nights lodging
-All ground transportation to/from SJO airport and La Fortuna including gratuities

*IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you are looking for a relaxing trip, this is NOT IT. We will have FULL days of activity!!! We will have some windows of time where we can hang at the pool and lounge around, but we’ll primarily be on the go! This is NOT a beach vacation. We will be inland, lots of jungle! PLEASE ensure you are in good physical condition, and willing and able to participate in ALL activities.
**Please note: Rafting, and rappelling will REQUIRE you to be under 240lbs. Hanging bridges excursion and rappelling will require you to challenge any fear of heights (bridges hang up to 148 feet high)
Investment $2,750. Cost is the same for all attendees, no exceptions. $850 Deposit to hold your spot if deposit made before 11/10/2024. 50% Deposit due after 11/10/2024. Monthly payments available with FINAL PAYMENT DUE 1/10/2025 (60 Days Prior to Trip Start Date).
*Most rooms will be shared. Please be open to this arrangement. This is a 5 br/3ba house. Most beds are twin or double, and there is one King bed that can be shared
*Our days will be FULL! Early rising, early out, on excursion days!!!
*YES, it is HOT in March. Central America is warm year round, but expect temperatures in the high 80’s to low 90’s, and add some nice humidity on top of that. This is dry season, so we’ll hope for little to no rain while we’re there.
*You MUST be willing and able to participate in ALL activities, and be ok with being active for long periods of time in hot/humid weather
*Our drives to/from the airport are 2.5-3 hrs in length. Please be accepting of this
*Due to the nature of the retreat, the purchase of Travel Insurance will be offered by Wild Zen Living and STRONGLY encouraged. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. If cancellation is due to supplier default, you will receive a 100% refund. Please understand that if you refuse travel insurance, you are choosing to risk your investment.
*Airfare NOT included. Flights will be in and out of SJO - (San Jose, Costa Rica). I will offer details once booked for arrival/departure windows. There will be an added option to stay an extra night in San Jose, departing 3/18

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund minus $100 admin fee if cancellation is made prior to 11/10/2024. 50% Refund minus $100 admin fee if cancelled 11/11/2024 - 1/10/2025. No refunds if cancellation made 1/10/2025 or later, no exceptions. Travel insurance STRONGLY recommended, with CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events/circumstances. If the retreat is cancelled by host for any reason, 100% of the retreat cost will be refunded. We cannot reimburse for flights or any other prepaid items outside of the retreat itself. By submitting a registration request and payment for this retreat, you are willingly agreeing to and accepting these terms.
